Merch Printing

We offer several printing options to best fit a wide range of designs, applications, and quantities.We use primarily screen printing, but also offer Direct to Garment (DTG) and Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) applications.
Silkscreen printing is the most common printmaking technique for apparel and is oftenpreferred over other processes. The process requires set-up and involves making a stencilusing a silkscreen and squeegeeing the ink through the stencil onto the garment.
DTG (direct to garment) is a process of printing graphics onto textiles and garments. A newerdigital printing technology that excels at reproducing complex artwork with a high number of colors such as photographs, paintings, and drawings without the setups required in screen printing. Shines for small quantities and complex multi-color designs.
HTV or heat transfer vinyl, is a polyurethane material that allows you to create a design, andheat apply it onto a garment. Great for applications requiring one item and/or stretch like namesand numbers on sports jerseys.

Embroidery

You come across embroidered goods every day. The most popular and durable of all theapparel embellishment techniques, embroidery gives an artistic and sophisticated look to allkinds of merchandise (see below for list). We offer both flat stitch embroidery and raised 3Dpuff.
Flat embroidery is the standard type of stitching that you are probably used to. All embroiderywill have a slightly raised effect, but flat embroidery keeps it to a minimum.
3D embroidery is achieved by putting a layer of foam underneath the stitches that give thedesign a dramatically raised effect (i.e. Major League Baseball caps). Due to the setup processand materials, versus flat embroidery, expect to pay a little more for this special effect.
